On the 2nd of October, the finals of Leadership e-games 2019 were held in Øksnehallen, Copenhagen. We had four brilliant finalists who all did a great job in leading five stakeholders through an agile transformation. However, Henrik Storm Matthesen, Staff- and development consultant from Frøs Sparekasse achieved the highest score of all the four contesters and won the grand prize. Congratulations to Henrik on being the current champion in Leadership e-games!
If you would like to try the finalist game, it is currently available for free on Actee.com. You can scroll down and find a direct link to the game. Simply register as a new user (if you are not already a registered Acteevist) and you will be on your way to experiencing the simulation of an agile transformation. The game was made in a collaboration with Katia Dupret from Roskilde University and funded by Innovationsfonden Denmark.
We will be back very soon with another round of Leadership e-games that will give you a chance to win next year's competition and the grand prize that goes along with the title!

"All you leaders and learners out there – come and join for a fun learning experience. I will be commenting on some of the battles during the championship, and I’m sure it’s going to be a good, fun, learning experience. I am an experienced facilitator of learning game workshops both at the university (CBS, ITU, IGN) and in workplace settings. I love the engagement it creates when people are playing, discussing, reflecting, and challenging each other. Besides working as lecturer and examiner at a range of universities, I am Director at cph:learning (strategy training & execution) and Co-Founder of Sustainable Platforms (Consortium for Sustainable Energy Solutions)."
"Hi there champs… I’m Katia Dupret and I’m very excited to be part of the championship and to comment on the game battles.
I am associate professor at Roskilde University, where I am Head of Studies of the Master in Social Entrepreneurship. For 3 years I have engaged myself as Project Lead of the research project: ‘Socially Innovative Knowledge Work’ (SIW). As we speak, I am working with building some new learning simulation games, which are build on findings from the research project about the conditions of knowledge workers and our workplace organising in the future."
"Are you ready? I am, so let the games begin. I am looking forward to commenting on the battles and to seeing who will take home the grand prize to the organisation. I am a big fan of learning through playing – who said learning can’t be fun and engaging? I am an Educational Consultant and a Higher Education Teacher. My experience spans from designing and organising courses, processes and events to research and evaluation as well as to teaching within educational and organisational sociology and philosophy of science."
