The game Colleagues is designed to be used in an employee session in a department and is supposed to create valuable insights and a common language concerning the changes happening in the department. The aim of the game is that employees should become reflective about some of the key elements in the DNA of a change cycle and their own role in the process. This is shown through a simulated successful implementation of something new – in this case, changing to a new IT system that is meant to help the employees in their daily routines.

The simulation makes it possible to be a fly on the wall and experience how colleagues go through the course of change. Furthermore, the case gives a presentation of some of the key elements in the ActeeChange-games; The cycle of change and the resistance to change that is; “I don’t get it”, “I don’t like it” and “I don’t like you”.

The case is shorter than our average management case and takes about 1-2 hours to complete.
