Enhance the E in ESG - The Lunch

In this game, the goal is to lead the well-established restaurant through some green changes that are brought to your attention by your new employee Maria. 

Maria is an environmental activist which means she knows what she is talking about and is prepared to act, however, this also means that radical changes must be applied in order to turn the kitchen into something sustainable, and not everyone will see eye to eye on these changes. 

Your job is to figure out how you make the kitchen understand the importance of the changes and ensure that they get on board the mission.

Gender (In)Equality At The Office

This game is about some of the dilemmas that arise in an office where the work culture is not inclusive or diverse. It's about tackling a tense topic that causes a range of reactions in the office. You are tasked with leading a small department through a change scenario to create a satisfied team in a healthy work culture - as part of the company's sustainability goal for the company. 

Your goal is to create Diversity and Inclusion. At the end of the game, you will be presented with a personal leadership profile and equality index.

The Five Lencioni Behaviors

Throughout this scenario, you will act as a member of a newly formed team in the security company Fortress. The company is providing surveillance gear and IT security solutions to a long list of international companies and has, for the past two years, been considered to have the best solutions on the market. However, this changed three months ago when a significant competitor launched a surveillance system that seemingly outperforms any products you can put into the market at a reasonable price. This had upper management of Fortress on full alert and the decision was made to put together a task force that must develop, produce, and start selling a groundbreaking new surveillance system within the next 12 months.

This team consists of the greatest minds the company could put together, without sacrificing the production and development of other products, and you have been asked to play the role of project planner within the team.
