Learn with simulation games – just like Orkla:
Actee has facilitated three workshops with leaders from Orkla’s Group Procurement. Strategic Sourcing is in its nature about making changes, thus the employees in Sourcing are often met with resistance in their work.
Leaders and managers in Procurement often need to challenge internal stakeholders about specifications to secure that the supply market stays competitive. This is not always welcomed by stakeholders, who are measured by “efficient running operations”, so Procurement-employees need to know how to handle these potential conflicts.
