Workshop Overview:

1. Game Builder
• Date: December 5, 2024
• Focus: Introduction to the new Game Builder
• Goal: Engage participants in designing and customizing their own games using Actee’s new Game Builder feature.
2. Host View (D&I)
• Date: December 12, 2024
• Focus: Host View with a focus on Diversity & Inclusion (D&I)
• Goal: Showcase the new Host View functionality, with practical D&I use cases for better participant engagement.
3. Profile (Onboarding Alex)
• Date: December 19, 2024
• Focus: Optimizing profiles for onboarding experiences using “Alex” as a sample case.
• Goal: Introduce new profiling features to improve onboarding and personalize participant journeys.
4. Facilitation Do’s and Don’ts (Energy)
• Date: December 26, 2024
• Focus: Best practices in facilitation with an emphasis on energy management.
• Goal: Equip participants with facilitation tips to keep sessions engaging and dynamic.

Content Script for Each Workshop:

1. Welcome & Introduction
• Briefly introduce yourself and the workshop theme of the day.
• Share updates on what Actee has achieved this year, including:
• New AI features integrated into Actee’s platform
• Game Builder enhancements
• Upgrades to profiles to improve participant engagement and personalization
2. Play a Game
• Select a game aligned with the workshop theme.
• Use the Game Builder to demonstrate how participants can create games based on real-life scenarios.
• Invite participants to play along, exploring the various functionalities of the game.
3. Focus on Today's Theme
• Workshop-specific content, highlighting:
• Game Builder: Demo of creating and modifying games.
• Host View (D&I): Live showcase of how the new host view elevates inclusive facilitation.
• Profile (Onboarding Alex): Show how profiles can tailor onboarding experiences, using Alex as an example.
• Facilitation Do’s and Don’ts (Energy): Tips on keeping participant energy high and maintaining engagement.
4. Interactive Game Session
• Engage the participants by diving deeper into the workshop theme with another game.
• Encourage participants to apply what they’ve learned by interacting with the game platform together.
5. New Host View Demo & Wrap-Up
• Highlight Actee’s New Host View—demonstrating how it improves participant monitoring and engagement.
