An overview of what's new:

Free participants in quiz and card game sessions

If you create a quiz or card game and add it to a session, you can invite up to 50 players to join that session. These users will not be counted toward your total user limit.

This means you can run large knowledge sessions, company-wide activities, or onboarding quizzes without worrying about your total seat limit.

Unlimited sessions

As long as a session contains only your quiz or card game and no additional games, you can create as many of these sessions as you like. These sessions will not count toward your total session limit.

Profile and personalized feedback after a game

After each game Actee generates a player profile based on the choices made during the session. The profile does not measure personality traits. Instead it reflects the behavioral patterns the player demonstrated while navigating the specific challenge in the game.

The profile highlights how the player approached the situation. It shows which priorities guided decisions, how trade-offs were handled and which types of actions the player tended to choose. This creates a simple reflection tool that helps players understand their current approach in similar real-world situations.

The purpose is learning, not evaluation. The profile should therefore be read as a snapshot of behavior in a specific context rather than a fixed description of the person.

Personalized feedback is generated from the same choices. It connects the player’s decisions to the themes of the game and explains what their approach may lead to in practice. The feedback points out strengths that were demonstrated during the game and highlights areas where alternative choices could open new possibilities.

Typical elements in the feedback include
• What the player prioritized in their decisions
• The potential advantages of this approach
• Possible blind spots or risks in the chosen strategy
• Suggestions for alternative actions worth exploring next time

The goal is to support reflection and dialogue. Players can compare profiles with others in the session, discuss different approaches and explore how multiple strategies may work in real work situations.

In this way the game becomes a safe environment for experimenting with decisions, while the profile and feedback help translate the experience into practical learning.
