In Helsingør Municipality they were seeking more knowledge on how to improve the direct dialogue with the citizens and the business life. For this purpose, they used the ActeeCommunication concept, and Actee created two customized case stories for the Center of Technique and Environment in the municipality. By following a case story the employees learn how different styles of communication leads to different reactions from the citizens.

The first case is tailored employees in the department of Technique and the challenge is to balance the interests of the citizen, the professionals and the politicians in a matter about the construction of a new commercial building. In the other case, the employees in the Department of Environment have to practice how to carry out environmental monitoring in a service-minded way despite increasing conflicts with the citizen.
