At Actee we deliver our online simulation games to the industry in two ways.

Either through consulting houses that use the platform and the different gameboards to create their own kick-ass games, check them all out here.

Or directly to our super cool clients who use the games in their LD practices. Some of our happy clients you might want to get inspiration from are.

The Actee Games are used in L&D practices, either as a pre-or post-activity or as the main event. With our variety of gameboards and tools, it’s easy to mix up the learning experience. Let me provide a simple example, if I was to set up a session, I’d use the Cards as a starter, getting people in the right mindset at reflecting on their leadership style. Then I’d use one of our gameboards to create a customized game to the situation and have the participants play it through, followed up by reflection exercises and enriching dialogues that the participants can now directly relate to. Finally, I’d finish with a quiz made for the occasion for the final thoughts and reflections, before -or after- we dig into the data generated from playing the game. All this can be done in one day of course, but it also works wonders over a few sessions to allow the participants time for deep reflection.

A desire of ours is to win a prize each year AND WE JUST DID! We are incredibly proud to announce that Actee won a gold Brandon Hall Group medal in the category of ‘Best Advance In Gaming or Simulation Technology. We were competing in the Tech group in the area of Learning and Development, so one can say we were in our element!

The previous prize won by Actee, that we are so proud of, is the Business Excellence award – as the best leadership development game – a game created on our Barometer board. The best idea from the Danish Growth Fund with an Actee game suggestion for diabetes AND as one of the announced best games in Germany Comenius-EduMedia-Innovation Award!

We are incredibly honoured to be receiving these “pats” on the shoulder and are renewed with energy (and maybe a little greed) for winning more!

We will at least keep striving to do better to meet your needs and create a kick-ass platform that is rich in insights, data, an awesome way to start and steer a discussion and finally but in no way at least, to be as user-friendly as heavenly possible – both for the game creators, the facilitators and the players.
